What We Offer Providers

Our affiliated providers receive support from a dedicated and professional staff of experts. Contact us for more information.

  • Ongoing Coaching and Support

Providers receive full support from our educational coaches who offer technical assistance, feedback and ongoing support so providers meet state requirements regarding instructional quality and environment. Our educational coaches also work with providers to develop teaching strategies, curricula, and lesson planning. They offer providers best practices in early childhood education in keeping with ongoing research in the field. Coaching visits to child care programs are conducted on a biweekly basis. Visits during the COVID-19 pandemic are conducted virtually.

  • Health, Safety and Nutrition Specialists

Our health, safety and nutrition specialists visit providers once a month to help providers meet state requirements. They support and monitor safety within the program environment, ensure all required documents and procedures are posted and routinely completed, monitor health and safety conditions, and help programs prepare for visits from state inspectors.

  • Support from Family Workers

Our family workers offer support for enrollment, children’s attendance and navigating family crises, as well as help connect families with community resources.

  • Support from a Social Worker

In collaboration with the family workers, our social worker provides mental health and wellness information to providers, staff and families and offers regular workshops on these subjects for families. Providers can also refer children and families to supportive services through our network social worker.

  • Professional Learning Sessions

We provide mandatory professional development opportunities for our network providers including four full-day professional learning sessions throughout the year facilitated by our education director and education specialists. These sessions apply toward regulatory requirements for professional development. We also offer providers the Child Development Associate Credential with a free ongoing study plan to stay in compliance with state regulations.

  • Child and Adult Care Food Program

Our network offers the Child and Adult Care Food Program to streamline the process of having multiple visits from other agencies, preventing overlapping visits. We use the Kidkare system to ensure an easier recording of meals, enrollments and attendance for the children in providers’ programs. We also provide training to ensure compliance with guidelines for providing healthy and nutritious meals and meal planning for a program.
